2010 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP                                         

Morenci Area Chamber of Commerce is an advocate for the business community in our area.    There are many great reasons to join the Chamber, including:

       Annual golf outing (over $3,000 raised again in 2009)

    Labor Day bridge walk

   Town & Country Festival

    Morenci Garden Club’s downtown beautification

    Annual city-wide garage sales

    New banners on downtown light poles

    Seasonal music in the downtown area

    Refreshments at the fire hall following the lighted holiday parade as well as Santa’s visit

       Holiday lights and decorations at Wakefield Park and in downtown area

    Shared expense of mulch for playground at Wakefield Park

    American Legion – sending students to Boys’ State and Girls’ State

    Offered grants to businesses for façade building improvements

    “Business of the Month” receives free coverage story in Stateline Observer

    Morenci Money $$$ -- $1,675.00 given away in 2009 and redeemed at our local businesses!

 DUES for 2010 remain at $75.00. Payable to MORENCI AREA CHAMBER.

During 2010, our meetings will be held at participating Chamber-member restaurants on the second Thursday of each month at noon.  Minutes from the previous month’s meeting will be e-mailed or mailed to each chamber member reminding them of the upcoming meeting and location.  If you have any questions, please call Renée at 458-6828 or Brad at  517 605-1020.
